We often have a range of vacancies at the yard. Positions from time to time will include full time stable staff, riding out only, or stables work only. In general we are flexible about part-timers and weekend workers, and are looking for people to take responsibility and who love their horses.

We provide a full induction and in house job training. Our people also have access to any relevant external training and are encouraged to take up these opportunities. Rae is the first racehorse trainer in the UK to have achieved the prestigious Investors in People accreditation, which underlines his commitment to the ongoing development of the people who work for him.

Unsurprisingly, given his international connections, Rae's staff have come from all around the world - including Sweden, Norway, Portugal, Bulgaria, Denmark, South Africa and Kenya - and accommodation is provided for them on site. People who have worked for Rae have gone on to work in the racing industry in places as far afield as Hong Kong, Singapore, Scandinavia, Germany, America, South Africa and Dubai, which is testament to the excellent grounding and experience they receive at the yard.
