Moiety off the mark

Moiety, Chris and Lesley Mills' Millinsky filly got off the mark at the second attempt under the floodlights at Kempton last night.

She finished second at Wolverhampton a little over a week ago and the experience gained there clearly stood her in good stead as she travelled smoothly throughout before being shaken up two furlongs out and quickly asserting, going on to win by four lengths and justifying favouritism.

Moiety has had a few issues with the starting stalls in the past so well done to all concerned, including Steve and Steve who have done a lot of work with her at home.  Hopefully she will improve again for this success and could be a horse to follow throughout the winter.
