Amicable Terms doubled up at Warwick today under John Egan for successful owners Dwayne Woods, Bob Goodes, Barry Stewart, John Fullick, Trevor and Jackie Barnett and Dennis Raffel. She sat about fourth for most of the race and despite an alarming moment in the final furlong when she seemed to bounce off the rail, she was a ready winner. This success sends her lad, Noel Garbutt, into a clear lead in the stable staff winners competition as he looks after both Amicable Terms and another dual winner in Filligree. Well done to all concerned for landing the yard's tenth winner of the year. |
