The October 2 and 3 yearling sale (from which Group 1 winner Serious Attitude was acquired last year) has been taking place this week. Rae has come away with seven horses so far and the next week or so will see partnerships being formed to take on some of the fillies. Those being offered for sale as a whole or in shares to stay in training here are: Lot 879, Acclamation filly ex Set Trail (Second Set); 1542 Observatory filly ex Sahara Rose (Green Desert) (family of Gr 1 Cheveley Park Stks Regal Rose); 1693 Redback filly ex Endless Peace (Russian Revival) (family of Hoh Mike and Hogmaneigh); and a Tiger Hill filly out of Good Mood (great page, dam is a Gr 3 winner and has produced a Listed winner and another placed horse, family of champion Irish 2 year old Tomahawk). Last week Rae also acquired a Pastoral Pursuits filly ex Motto (Mtoto) (family of Gr 3 winner Coigach and Listed winner Kyle Rhea) who will also be re-offered.
