Eye of Eternity, Mr and Mrs Dahl's homebred Oratorio three year old, won today at Lingfield under a determined ride from David Probert. Rae has been convinced that she is better than she has shown in her recent races and today proved that more than anything she needed a positive ride and a wake up call. In the end she won by more than two lengths eased down, making her entry in the Norwegian Derby look less than fanciful. With two winners from the yard's last two runners, fingers crossed that this means the corner has been turned and the winners will start to flow... |
