They say horses either love or hate Southwell a bit like Marmite. Well it turns out Land of Winter is a bit of a fan. Running in the last race of the evening, Land of Winter made light of an up in trip distance despite being caught on the outside for much of the race. Then just over a furlong out he started to leave the rest of the field in his wake winning by 11 lengths.

He's entered up next week, again at Southall.  Lets hope he can repeat the performance ahead of the Tattersalls Autumn HIT sales next month.
